Academic Level & Qualification verification process and fees - SLIIT programs

Below given information is applicable to students who have followed SLIIT diploma and degrees.

External parties requesting verification of Academic Level/ Qualifications should send their requests to studentservices@sliit.lk email address with

1. Details of the candidate being verified

2. Clear scanned copies of the required documents for verification

3. A copy of the payment receipt as proof of the transaction with trnasaction ID

   
   

Verification Service Charges

• For local verifications, charged LKR 5,500/- (from 2025 Jan onwards)

• For foreign verifications (only for SLIIT Programmes) are charged LKR 13,500/- (Sri Lankan Rupees)

Payments should be made in favor of ‘SRI LANKA INSTITUTE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY’ at the following bank.

Please indicate the SLIIT STUDENT’S REGISTRATION NUMBER as the Transaction ID

Processing and Delivery:

Once the request along with the payment slip is received, the verification document will be sent to the relevant parties within 5 to 7 working days.

Important Note on Document Integrity:

Candidates submitting forged documents will be reported to the nearest Sri Lankan police, Sri Lankan consulate or embassy in accordance with the Institute's policy and the applicable governing laws of the respective country.
